Expected knowledge, skills and abilities are as follows:

- Demonstrate accounting skills such as accepting payments & balancing a cash drawer.
- Demonstrate basic computer skills.

- Use of Electronic Medical Record (AthenaOne) software including
- Scheduling appointments
- Patient check-in and check-out
- Verification of insurance
