**The Role at a Glance**
- As an External Wholesaler for Small Market Retirement Plan Services you will develop, direct, implement, and maintain a business plan to achieve sales and growth goals for the small market retirement plan service product line. You will build, enhance and direct the relationship with firms and/or institutions in your assigned territory of Southeastern FL. You will also build, direct and maintain external wholesale sales programs/plans which result in an increase in sales revenue and market share within the assigned territory.**What you'll be doing**
- Must-haves:_
- 3 - 5+ Years of experience in external wholesale that directly aligns with the specific responsibilities for this position
- 4 Year/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years of experience in lieu of Bachelor's)
- FINRA series license 6, 63 and L&H upon hire
- Ability to work with others in a team environment. Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative style.
- Demonstrated ability to develop strategies and business plans to deliver and exceed expected business objectives and results.
- Demonstrated ability to ensure workloads are appropriately balanced among team members.
- Demonstrated ability to identify and recommend processes improvements.
- Demonstrated excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workload and multi-task while maintaining strict attention to detail.
- Demonstrates advanced relationship management skills with internal clients (e.g. management, peers and colleagues) and external clients.
- Demonstrates strong project management skills including, critical ability to coordinate and balance multiple projects in a time-sensitive environment, under pressure, and meeting deadlines.
- Finds common ground and can gain collaboration among management, colleagues and peers.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Actual base pay could vary based on non-discriminatory factors including but not limited to work experience, education, location, licensure requirements, proficiency and qualifications required for the role. The base pay is just one component of Lincoln’s total rewards package for employees. In addition, the role may be eligible for the Annual Incentive Program, which is discretionary and based on the performance of the company, business unit and individual. Other rewards may include long-term incentives, sales incentives and Lincoln’s standard benefits package.
