**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with flooring installation, construction painting, restoration projects, and other construction-related tasks.
- Support the team in construction estimating, inspection, concrete finishing, plumbing, tile laying, hardscape projects, and concrete forming.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

**Experience**:

- Previous experience in flooring installation, construction painting, restoration work, or related fields is a plus.
- Knowledge of construction estimating, inspection procedures, concrete finishing techniques, plumbing basics, tile laying methods, hardscape installations, and concrete forming is beneficial.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and take direction from supervisors.
