**Salary**: $47,475 - $56,735
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Patient recruitment and screening for psychiatric disorders and educational difficulties
- Support externship training and clinical staff
- Assist with organizing clinical programs
- Participate in milieu activities such as groups, gym, and art
- Maintenance of website for programs
- Supervision of volunteer staff who participate in milieu and CDU classroom
- Support research studies that are being conducted in collaboration with the CDU when studies are running
- Subject recruitment and screening
- Assist in select clinical assessments and coordination of self-report instruments
- Manage IRB protocols
- Manage REDCap database
**Minimum Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in psychology or related field.
- Must have minimum of 1 year experience as a research assistant in an academic or healthcare setting; experience with children and families in clinical research setting preferred.
- Must have a minimum of 1 year experience working with a pediatric clinical population, preferably youth with an anxiety or mood disorder.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Familiarity with SPSS and Access is preferred
- Experience with Redcap data management system is preferred
