As a Sales Manager, you will play a key role in leading our sales department and driving the overall success of our dealership. In addition, you will be responsible for overseeing the desking process to ensure efficient and accurate deal structuring. Must have special finance knowledge and worked with sub-prime. CDK Drive knowledge a big plus.

**Responsibilities**:
Sales Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales professionals, fostering a positive and high-performance sales environment.

Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies, goals, and action plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.

Customer Service Excellence: Ensure exceptional customer service at all times, establishing and maintaining strong customer relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Desking Process Oversight: Oversee the desking process, ensuring accurate and efficient deal structuring while maximizing profitability.

Training and Development: Provide ongoing training, mentorship, and coaching to sales team members to enhance their sales skills, product knowledge, and customer service abilities.

Sales Process Optimization: Continuously assess and refine sales processes, including the desking process, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as finance, service, and marketing, to ensure a seamless customer experience and achieve overall dealership goals.

Qualifications:
Previous Sales Management Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive sales management, preferably in a dealership environment.

Desking Experience: Proven experience in overseeing the desking process, including deal structuring, negotiations, and finance calculations.

Proven Sales Track Record: Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets, with a strong understanding of the sales process and customer relationship management.

Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and team-building abilities, with a track record of effectively leading and motivating a sales team.

Customer Focus: A genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Automotive Knowledge: Solid understanding of the automotive industry, including vehicle features, market trends, and dealership operations.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, team members, and other stakeholders.

Results-Oriented: Highly motivated and driven to achieve sales targets and deliver measurable results.

Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
