Customer Service Representative

**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Represent the dental laboratory as a liaison between the customer and production team
- Assist production management with workflow pertaining to customer needs (due dates, outstanding technical items relevant to cases, on-hold case status, etc.)
- Interact with customers through telephone; inbound and outbound
- Facilitate Customer Interaction tracking through CRM
- Collaborate with others to refine the customer experience
- Case scheduling
- Learn product differentiation
- Track cases on morning/afternoon lists and take to S&R
- Learn to prepare case estimates
- Learn product differentiation
- Learn to prepare case estimates

**Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm

We will provide the Social Security Administration (SSA) and, if necessary, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), with information from each new employee’s Form I-9 to confirm work authorization. IMPORTANT: If the Government cannot confirm that you are authorized to work, we are required to give you written instructions and an opportunity to contact DHS and/or the SSA before taking adverse action against you, including terminating your employment. Employers may not use E-Verify to pre-screen job applicants and may not limit or influence the choice of documents you present for use on the Form I-9.

Pay: $17.35 per hour
