**Duties**:
**DUTY 1: Leads, manages, directs or is responsible for activities in support of DAF PEO C3BM funded acquisition efforts.**

**DUTY 2: Exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities at least 25% of the time.**
***
**DUTY 3: Delivers presentations on program status, accomplishments, problems/analysis/solutions, requirements for support and promotion of program objectives to the PEO.**

**DUTY 4: At the direction of the PEO, represents the program office at higher levels within the organization and contractor organizations.**

**DUTY 5: At the direction of the PEO, works in conjunction with the contracting office to review and/or approve terms and conditions set forth in contract negotiations, contracting plans, budgets, and changes to the scope of work to be done by the contractor.**

- Telework may be authorized.
- Security clearance requirements are based upon actual position being filled.
- Locations are not negotiable. The actual duty locations available may be located on the Air Force Civilian Service website.

- Promotion potential may be authorized depending upon position being filled.
- Full/part-time employees occupying direct childcare positions are eligible for discounts IAW DAF AFSVC/CC Memo, 30 Sep 22; first child 100% / each additional child 25%. Other assigned CYP and FCC personnel are eligible for 25% discount.

- **Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)**: Your qualifications will be evaluated on the basis of your level of knowledge, skills, abilities and/or competencies in the following areas:

- 1. Knowledge of the policies, practices, regulations, and laws concerning the acquisition management process and initiatives.
- 2. Knowledge of safety and security regulations, practices, and procedures.
- 3. Knowledge of the mission, roles, functions, organizational structure, and operation of the DoD, Air Force, and organizations that govern, interface with, and/or influence the systems acquisition process.
- 4. Skill to plan, organize, and direct the functions and staff in critical aspects of development and production, support of systems, subsystems, or equipment and to coordinate various aspects of systems acquisition such as engineering, contracting, financial management, configuration, and manufacturing.
- 5. Ability to supervise, mentor, motivate, appraise, and work with subordinate supervisors and non-supervisory employees.
- 6. Ability to communicate both orally and in writing, clearly, concisely, and with technical accuracy.
- 7. In-depth knowledge of program planning, budget and financial management cycles and policies.
