- Part Time weekends

**Schedule: Part time position available**

**Saturday and Sunday 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m.**

**Security Officer Responsibilities and Duties**:

- Guards property against fire, theft, vandalism, and illegal entry.
- Patrols buildings and grounds to ensure people and property are safe and secure.
- Preserves order and enforces security regulations.
- Watches for and reports conditions that could result in injury or loss due to fire hazards, leaking pipes, spills, faulty equipment, etc.
- Use of oral de-escalation methods to control disagreements.
- All other job duties as related or assigned by USI Management.

**Security Officer Qualifications and Skills**:

- Must have a clean driving record.
- Must be able to lift at least 15 lbs.
- Basic computer skills.
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Excellent sense of judgment.
- Can stay alert at all times.
