**What you will be doing**:
As a Right of Way Agent, you will acquire right of way rights per project guidelines and regulations, for electric transmission projects in support of the Project Manager (PM), or members of the project team. Duties include preparing real estate documents, performing basic property research for ownership and boundary information, and communicating with property owners and their representatives for the acquisition of right of way. You will be responsible for performing general administrative work including but not limited to preparing legal documents, reports and correspondence, attending meetings, entering and retrieving computer data, copying and filing documents for file management, verbal and written communications with customers, customer service and related functions.

**Here are the minimum requirements**:

- Minimum of three (3) years of Right of Way acquisition experience
- Active Virginia Notary
- Must be proficient with MS Office Suite, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Must have an iOS or Android smartphone to be able to access ORC's systems Valid Driver’s License

**Bonus Points** if you have experience working on electric transmission projects

**Per diem and relocation not provided for this position**
