CNC Operator

A yard-based company is seeking a full-time permanent **CNC Operator**.

**Responsibilities**

Read and understand blueprint designs

Set up machinery for production

Rework metal to create the blueprint design

Measure and verify all calculations prior to setting up the machinery

Maintain a clean and organized working environment

Complete routine maintenance of their machinery

Enter all relevant codes to specify the feed, speed, and cut of any toolpath for a CNC

**Requirements**:

- Versatile CNC operator - familiar with Kongsberg / Multicam / Thermwood
- Able to lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to program the machines
- Understand and work with cad 3D drawings and files
- 5 years experience minimum
- proficiencies in other softwares such as solid works / illustrator / corel
- looking for a second shift 4 pm to 12:30 am (30 minutes lunch)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Temporary

Pay: $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
