**Responsibilities**:

- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and effectively
- Measure, cut, and shape wood pieces to precise dimensions
- Assemble wood components to create finished products
- Sand, stain, and finish wood surfaces as needed
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Maintain a clean and organized work area

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a woodworker/millworker or similar role
- Proficiency in operating woodworking machinery and hand tools
- Strong knowledge of wood types, grains, and characteristics
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Excellent attention to detail and precision
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical stamina and dexterity to perform manual labor tasks

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Vocational training or certification in woodworking or a related field
- Experience with CNC machinery and computer-aided design (CAD) software if you have exprience creating shop drawings.
- Knowledge of woodworking techniques, joinery, and finishing methods
