IT Help Desk

Schouest, Bamdas, Soshea, BenMaier and Eastham is a rapidly growing law firm nationwide. Our firm has a need for a Help Desk Technician. This position is located in our Houston office and is fully onsite. This position reports directly to the IT Director.
Essential Functions:
- Provides excellent customer service
- Provides phone support to assigned offices
- Assist in onboarding new hires and off boarding terminated employees
- Provides end user hardware, software and cloud support
- Retain ownership of all issues/requests assigned until closure with end user.
- Assist in identifying and documenting recurring issues
- other duties as assigned
Qualifications/
**Required Skills**:
- 3-5 years consistent service desk experience
- Excellent knowledge of MS Windows operating systems
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Proficient knowledge of cloud based environments as well as document management systems
- Outstanding customer service skills including written and verbal communication skills
- Team player with enthusiasm.
- Ability to work independently and to be "on call" on assigned weekends
- Law firm experience is a huge plus
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
