Overview:
Rapidly growing mental health company with $2M annual marketing budget is seeking a highly skilled and experienced, **data-driven** Director of Marketing to join our team.

As the Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, increase patient acquisition, and enhance patient engagement. This is a leadership role that requires a strong understanding of marketing principles, strong data/SQL skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage a team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive business growth and achieve company objectives
- Oversee all aspects of marketing, including brand management, advertising campaigns, digital marketing, social media marketing, and product marketing
- Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products or services
- Optimize website content for search engine optimization (SEO) to improve organic search rankings
- Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to track campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing

Skills/Requirements**:

- Must hold an MBA**:

- Must be able to travel to West Hempstead, NY once a week**:

- Must be data driven and understand not only interpreting data but working with data**:

- 30 hours a week (6 hours a day)**
- Strong understanding PPC, SEM, and google analytics
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for creating visually appealing marketing materials
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms and experience in developing social media marketing strategies
- Experience in product management and launching successful products or services
- Excellent research skills to gather insights about target audience, market trends, and competitors
- Solid understanding of marketing principles and best practices
- Exceptional copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling messages that resonate with the target audience
- Familiarity with SEO techniques to improve website visibility in search engine results
- Experience in performance marketing strategies such as PPC advertising and conversion rate optimization
- Basic knowledge of HTML5 for making minor website updates or working with web developers
- Strong budgeting and financial management skills to effectively allocate marketing resources
