**Guest Experience Coordinator Position**
- Reports to: Director of Operations
- Full-time, non-exempt pay
- Must be available to work weekends

**Preferred Qualifications**
- 1 year of experience in spa, fitness, or hospitality industry in a customer-facing role
- Ability to effectively utilize point-of-sale (POS) systems and/or booking software
- Desire to deliver an unparalleled customer experience
- Sales experience is a plus

**Responsibilities**

At Facialworks, we strive to deliver an unparalleled customer experience. As a Guest Experience Coordinatoryour responsibilities include:

- Warmly greeting guests upon check-in, offering beverages, and informing them about their esthetician's availability.
- Efficiently handling guest check-outs at the front desk.
- Engaging guests about packages, memberships, and products, scheduling follow-up appointments, and processing payments.
- Managing incoming calls with professionalism, handling scheduling, rebooking, and appointment confirmations.
- Maintaining and prepping treatment rooms and stations by restocking supplies, replacing bed sheets, and ensuring cleanliness.
- Keeping up-to-date with product and service knowledge to effectively recommend solutions tailored to clients' needs.
- Ensuring guest satisfaction and promptly reporting or solving any concerns to maintain our high service standards.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain consistency within the operations
- Assisting with any additional tasks as needed for the smooth operation of the spa, at the manager's discretion.

**Physical Requirements**

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs independently and assist team members with items exceeding 40 lbs.
- Stamina for long hours on your feet, with intermittent rest periods.
- Flexibility for reaching, bending, climbing, grasping, kneeling, pushing, pulling, and twisting.
- Clear and concise communication skills in speaking, reading, and writing.

Pay: $16.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 34 - 40 per week
