**Principal Purpose of Position**:

- Enter Remarketing Termination Notices into VRIMS
- Receive and process 3rd Party Remarketing Titles
- Follow up on pending 3rd Party Title events
- Reconcile and settle 3rd Party Remarketing Sales in VRIMS
- Initiate proceed payments to customers
- Process vendor invoices and pass through charges as needed
- Updating records in AutoIMS, VRIMS and RBH Portal
- Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned

**Education and/or Training**:

- High School Diploma or equivalent, a degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred
- Additional education, certifications, or experience are a plus
- Proficient in various desktop tools including MS Office Programs (i.e. Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, SharePoint etc.)

**Relevant Work Experience**:

- 2-4 years’ experience in administrative services or related fields
- Prior Remarketing experience preferred
- Superior problem-solving ability in a dynamic environment.
- Must be able to explain complex remarketing concepts to customers in simple terms.
- Professional presence and ability to liaise with all levels of internal and external management, including executive leadership; in-person and remotely.
- Initiative to work independently and multi-task while managing varying client/departmental priorities.
- Action-oriented with the drive to take initiative and accountability for decision-making.

**Pay**:
We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $22.86 - $33.15 USD per hour.
