**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and maintain a consistent brand identity across all marketing materials.
- Ensure that brand guidelines are adhered to in all internal and external communications.
- Create and update marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and other sales and client services support materials.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to understand their needs and tailor collateral to effectively communicate product/service value propositions.
- Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing efforts, optimize strategies for maximum impact.
- Coordinate the RFP response process, including conducting meetings and collaborating with Sales and Subject Matter Experts to gather necessary information.
- Establish a timeline for RFP responses, ensuring timely submission and compliance with all requirements.
- Stay current on market trends, best practices, and the competitive landscape, adapting strategies to changing business conditions.
- Attending external networking/ learning events to ensure awareness of marketing advancements and opportunities.
- Work closely with Sales Director and other stakeholders to identify targeted product growth opportunities.
- Provide additional sales support when needed.
- Maintain different databases to manage business contacts and needs.
- Other job duties as assigned.
- Degree or proven experience in Marketing, Business, or other related field.
- 3+ years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in a smaller company environment.
- Proven experience in managing the end-to-end RFP process.
- Strong skills in graphic design and content creation for marketing collateral.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, wearing multiple hats as needed.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing.
