Associate Analyst, End User Transportation

This position assists with End User Transportation (EUT) administration, the EUT billing systems, and applies appropriate controls to EUT metering data and billing determinants. This position also interacts with suppliers, brokers, and other Company departments to ensure compliance with terms and conditions and rate schedules for transportation service in CT and MA.
**This is a hybrid role. The first three months are fulltime in the office.**
**Essential Functions**:
- Provides support and oversite for CT and MA EUT activity for customer enrollments.
- Assists in maintaining Marketer Pools to ensure system integrity within the guidelines as specified in our Tariffs in MA and CT.
- Works with LCB, MV90 and Metering to coordinate the investigation and resolution of telemeter and meter issues.
- Monitors all systems associated with EUT administration and ensure accuracy and consistency among the systems. This not only includes our EUT Billing System (GTS) but companywide systems that feed data to GTS; MV90, ENP and Company Billing Systems (OMNI/C2).
- Supports the Senior Analysts and Management as needed and supports all inquiries with internal departments.
- Assists in the EUT Metering Close and Marketer Billing process when needed.
- Assists in any data requests for EUT related information from both internal and external parties.
**Qualifications**
- Technical Knowledge/Skill:_
- Knowledge of regulatory and company requirements for EUT service, existing company billing systems and/or natural gas metering.
- Strong spreadsheet and analytical skills with attention to details and deadlines.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Education:_
- Bachelor’s degree in business, related discipline, or equivalent experience
- Experience_:
- Zero plus years related experience.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Eversource offers a competitive total rewards program. The annual salary range for this position is $77,000 - $85,000 plus incentive. Salary is commensurate with your experience. Check out the career site for an overview of benefits.
