Provide recommendations for necessary repairs and maintenance based on manufacturer guidelines and dealership standards

Communicate effectively with technicians to ensure repairs are completed efficiently and accurately

Estimate costs for repairs and obtain necessary authorizations from customers

Keep customers informed of the status of their vehicles throughout the repair process

Maintain a clean and organized work area

**Requirements**:
Previous experience as an automotive service advisor preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge of automotive systems and maintenance requirements

Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

Proficiency with computer software and automotive diagnostic tools

Commitment to providing excellent customer service

Valid driver's license and clean driving record
