**ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Full time Notary Public
- Maintain an organized and accurate notary log
- Required to stand for long periods of time when witnessing employee signatures
- Notarization Mail Stubs of TN title to the DMV
- Mail OK ROLS to the DMV twice a week Work the lease stubs by State, and mail to the appropriate DMVs twice a week
- Request checks for OK, ID, and WA lease stubs and mail them to the appropriate DMVs
- Print e-contracts from Releases.
- Trail Lease Release ancillaries Help in sorting
- Review queues, determine and pursue effective followup steps to ensure receipt of title documents.
- Review title documents to determine if a correction is warranted and process necessary correction.
- Release leased or retail title documents per state and client guidelines.
- Receiving incoming calls from clients, dealers and customers and respond as necessary.
- Process incoming title related work received either by client request, department notification, or incoming mail and/or FedEx.

**BASIC AND PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE)**
- High school diploma or equivalency.
- Accurate keying skills and ability to speak clearly.
- Mastered knowledge of Title Service functions.
- Customer service experience.
- Experience with vehicle titles, DMVs ,or auto dealers.

**MINIMUM JOB SKILLS, ABILITIES AND QUALIFICATIONS**
- Reading comprehension.
- Able to notarize a minimum of 1000 documents a week.
- Neat and legible hand writing.
- Mastery of the English language, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with use of computer.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to comprehend and follow written and verbal instruction.
- Ability to analyze data and note exceptions needing resolution.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well with people throughout the organization.
- Ability to perform under mínimal supervision.
