**Job Description**:
Dr. Waller's research is in developmental psychopathology with a focus on understanding risk for externalizing problems (e.g., aggression, violence, callous-unemotional traits) beginning prenatally with continued data collection across infancy and childhood. The lab uses a combination of interdisciplinary methods to investigate individual and environmental risk factors for externalizing problems, including through report measures, observational assessments, neuroimaging, genetically-informed studies, and assessment of psychophysiology (e.g., attention and physiological regulation).

**Duties**:
This is a Regular Part-Time Staff position working 30 hours per week:
Required Qualifications:

- BA/BS in Psychology, Neuroscience, Computer Science, Education, Statistics, or similar field is required
- 0-1 years of research experience (e.g., data collection, scheduling, and recruitment), preferably with working with children (an equivalent combination of education and experience can be considered) is required.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Comfortable interacting with parents and children from a variety of demographic and socioeconomic backgrounds.
- Detail-oriented, motivated, creative, organized, and able to work independently.
- Experience in Microsoft Excel and statistical analysis software (R, SAS, SPSS, Mplus, and/or MatLab)
- Ability to work efficiently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Flexible work availability (including evenings and weekends).

Preferred Qualifications:

- Prior experience using eye-tracking, psychophysiological, and/or computer-based experimental methodologies in the context of psychological or mental health research.
- Experience working with Qualtrics software.
- Proficient programming skills in R.
