Sightline is seeking a **_Sightline - Strategic Advisor Transformation Office _**to be an integral member of the Transformation Team. This position will report to the Assistant Vice President for Finance and Administration Transformation.

The Strategic Advisor for the Transformation Office will be responsible for all phases of project management during the development and implementation of the new technology solutions. This individual will participate in strategic planning and tactical execution of transformation initiatives.

The Strategic Advisor will execute project management processes and methodologies to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget, adhere to high-quality standards, and delight the customer. This individual will be responsible for coordinating project plans, team and work assignments, guiding, and monitoring work efforts daily, identifying resource needs, performing quality reviews, and escalating functional, quality, and timeline issues appropriately.

**Specific Duties & Responsibilities**

- Engage key project stakeholders to ensure the project is trending towards success.
- Works independently and frequently oversees the work of others.
- Provide project oversight for adherence to institutional standards and guidelines for security, project management, continuous service improvement, and customer service.
- Develop improvement processes for operational use by the team to ensure the successful completion of a project or process.
- Leverage technology to support business transformation strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships through positive interactions.
- Project management_
- Develop comprehensive project plans that merge customer requirements with team goals and coordinate resources during all project phases, from initial deployment plans through implementation.
- Communicate proactively with all resources to encourage, identify problems, create solutions, and implement efficiency improvements.
- Coordinate resources, both internal and external, to ensure project success.
- Manage project execution to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope.
- Establish a project timeline with appropriate stakeholders. Manage the project to achieve the approved timeline.
- Integrates multiple cross-functional processes and disciplines to meet transformation goals.
- Responsible for coordinating project activities and ensuring alignment with the strategies and objectives outlined by the Sightline Project Management Office.
