**Responsibilities**:
- Provide administrative support to the management team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and making travel arrangements.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, and events, including booking venues and arranging catering.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and other organizational tasks as required.
- Perform general office duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
**Education**:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Additional certification or training in office administration or related field is a plus.
