**Job Overview**:
As the Human Resources (HR) Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the effective utilization of human capital within our company. You'll lead and support HR functions across our divisions, fostering a productive work atmosphere and contributing to sustainable growth.

**Responsibilities**:
**Strategic HR Planning**:

- Develop and implement HR policies that align with the organization's goals.
- Consult with executives on decisions impacting all management levels.

**Talent Acquisition and Recruitment**:

- Manage the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs based on performance metrics.

**Employee Relations**:

- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
- Address performance issues and implement improvement plans.

**Training and Development**:

- Collaborate with department heads and managers to identify training needs.
- Facilitate training programs to enhance employee skills and career development.

**Compensation and Benefits**:

- Assist with benefits administration, and claims.
- Ensure compliance with HR laws and regulations.

**Performance Management**:

- Coach and mentor managers and supervisors on employee engagement and performance.
- Implement performance appraisal systems and improvement initiatives.

**Employee Records and Compliance**:

- Maintain accurate employee records.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

**Conflict Resolution and Grievances**:

- Handle employee grievances and disputes.
- Mediate conflicts and promote a positive work environment.

**Community Involvement**:

- Assist with planning, staffing, organizing company events
- Assist with sponsorships and charitable organization outreach
- May require working occasional weekends

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
