**Responsibilities**:
**Safety and Security**: Be the guardian of fun Keep a watchful eye to ensure kids play safely and happily. Spot any potential hazards and swoop in to save the day

**Supervision and Guidance**: Be a playtime pro Guide children through challenges, encourage positive interactions, and sprinkle kindness wherever you go.

**Inclusion and Engagement**: Let's make playtime for everyone Welcome all kids with open arms, celebrating their uniqueness and making sure every child feels like a superstar.

**Behavior Management**: Set the stage for good times Help kids follow the rules with a gentle touch, steering them toward kindness and cooperation.

**Communication**: Chat, laugh, and share stories Keep parents in the loop with updates on all the giggles and adventures their little ones are having.

**Equipment and Space Maintenance**: Keep the playground shipshape Make sure toys are in tip-top shape and play areas are spick and span for endless fun.

**Emergency Response**: Stay cool under pressure Be ready to spring into action if there's a bump, scrape, or anything else that needs a superhero's touch.

**Requirements**:
**Experience and Education**: Any experience with kids is awesome Whether you've worked in a daycare, camp, or just love hanging out with little ones, you're a perfect fit.

**Communication Skills**: Chatting with kids and grown-ups alike is your superpower You know just how to share stories, give high-fives, and spread smiles all around.

**Patience and Adaptability**: Ready for anything and everything You're as flexible as a gymnast and as patient as a saint when it comes to playtime antics.

**Supervisory Skills**: Keeping an eye on a group of kids is a breeze for you You're the ultimate playtime ringmaster, making sure everyone has a turn in the spotlight.

**Child Safety Training**: Knowing the basics of first aid and CPR is like having a secret weapon in your utility belt It's not required, but it sure comes in handy.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 - $15.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Weekends as needed

**Education**:

- High school or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Childcare: 1 year (preferred)
