Our spacious campus has a full-array of services including Skilled Nursing, Senior Living and Community programs that consist of traditional long-term care, short-term rehabilitation, memory care, assisted living, hospice and day health support services. **YOUR DAY TO DAY AS A RN SUPERVISOR**:
As a new RN Supervisor at JGS Lifecare, you can expect to oversee the nursing staff, coordinate care plans, and ensure compliance with all regulations. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve assessing resident needs, providing guidance to the nursing team, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care. This role will require you to demonstrate strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of patient care.

The schedule choices for this position are 2nd shift, 24 hours per week, or 1st shift every other weekend.
