As a new RN Supervisor at JGS Lifecare in Longmeadow, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of our nursing staff. Your role will involve providing clinical supervision, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and collaborating with the multidisciplinary team to deliver excellent care to our residents. You will also be involved in staff training and development, as well as assessing resident needs and implementing care plans. To excel as an RN Supervisor at JGS Lifecare in Longmeadow, you must possess a valid RN license and have a strong clinical background in healthcare.
