**Mortgage Loan Originator - Join Our Team (W-2 Opportunity)**

**Encompass Lending Group** invites you to seize an exciting opportunity as a **Mortgage Loan Originator**. With access to a vast network from a top-10 real estate company and its agents, we empower you to nurture your mortgage pipelines effectively. As the preferred lender for a renowned real estate company, we provide self-generated MLOs with the resources they need to expand their book of business, driving success and growth. This role requires you to have a heavy mortgage purchase retail background. ELG will help brand you to have more market share. We build more substantial and better together. This is a commission opportunity with very competitive pay.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $375,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

Ability to Relocate:

- Chandler, AZ: Relocate before starting work (required)
