Business Data Analytics Analyst

**Essential Job Functions**
- Analyze and interpret data within the NetSuite platform to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPI data visualizations to support business decision-making.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting and analytical needs and translate them into technical requirements.
- Design and implement data models and structures to optimize data storage and retrieval within NetSuite.
- Perform data cleansing, transformation, and validation to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Support data migration and integration projects, including mapping, extraction, and loading of data into NetSuite.
- Monitor and analyze system performance, data usage, and user behavior to identify opportunities for optimization.
- Conduct user training sessions on NetSuite data analysis tools and techniques.
- Stay current on NetSuite updates and enhancements and evaluate their impact on data analysis and reporting capabilities.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for data-related issues within NetSuite.

**Required Education**
- Associate degree (or equivalent) in information technology or computer science

**Required Experience**
- 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or relevant professional experience in a variety of backgrounds and industries
- Experience working in and utilizing various business analysis techniques with Agile and or traditional project management principles.
- Experience working part of a multi-function project team, including interacting and following-up with multiple stakeholders including but not limited to program leaders.

**Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities**
- Experience with data API integration and EDI data import/export
- Proficiency with web analytics tools like Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics
- Proficient in Microsoft Office - Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript
- Experience with NetSuite or other e-commerce platforms preferred
- Knowledge of IT systems, databases, and data management principles.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management practices.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to effectively present information to a wide variety of audiences from senior management end-users to peer technology specialists to internal clients and customers
- Ability to understand and analyze complex business problems in order to define and develop technology-based solutions
- Ability to work independently and make decisions within the scope of responsibility along with judgment to avoid problems escalated to a higher level

**Preferred Qualifications**
- 4+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within a NetSuite environment
- Proficiency in SQL and data querying languages
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or NSAW
- Familiarity with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex datasets.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.
- Demonstrated commitment to professional growth and development.
