Adventist Healthcare Shady Grove Medical Center seeks to hire an experienced Customer Service Representative ll who will embrace our mission to extend God’s care through the ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing.

As a Customer Service Representative ll, you will:

- Coordinates and maintains a professional and efficient front desk operation.
- Checks-in patients and prepares the paperwork, which accompanies the patient throughout their procedure
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 2+ years medical office or related experience is required

Work Schedule:
Every other Saturday + Sunday (3p-10p) with rotating holidays as needed
