**Your Responsibilities**

As our part-time Reconciliation Clerk, you’ll work directly with our Senior Accountant, Accounting Assistant, and Accounting Clerk to keep our accounts accurate and up-to-date. We’ll train you to do things like:

- Reconcile credit card and bank statements.
- Investigate discrepancies between credit card charges and QuickBooks.
- Compare bank deposits to QuickBooks and resolve any differences.
- Reconcile credit card fees with our electronic health system.
- Perform other tasks as needed.

**Required Education, Skills & Experience**
- High-school degree or equivalent
- One-year minimum experience with QuickBooks
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfort with technology (familiarity with Microsoft Office—but you don’t need to be an expert)
- Experience with electronic health records a plus

**Schedule & Location**

This is a part-time position, approximately 20 to 25 hours per week, with the opportunity to grow to a full-time position. Most of your work will be done when others are available from 9-5 Monday through Friday. All work will be done at our offices in Florham Park, New Jersey.
