We are currently looking for a creative and dynamic Marketing Specialist with a strong background in graphic design to join our team.

Job Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Create visually appealing graphics for both print and digital platforms
- Use software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other tools to produce high-quality designs
- Ensure brand consistency in all visual assets
- Lead the design and ongoing enhancement of the company's website to improve user experience and aesthetics.
- Plan, organize, and create visually appealing booth and banner designs for trade shows.
- Update and maintain sales and service delivery templates, including PowerPoint presentations.
- Take ownership of marketing campaigns, from conceptualization through execution, including SEO and social media content updates.
- Design and order promotional items (SWAG), business cards, and manage inventory.
- Plan and organize local marketing events to enhance brand visibility and community engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure marketing objectives are achieved.
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate innovative ideas into designs

**Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing role with a strong emphasis on graphic design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and familiarity with web design tools.
- Experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns, including digital marketing and SEO.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A portfolio demonstrating previous design and marketing work is required.
- Proven experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work
- Proficiency in Figma, and other design software
- Knowledge of print advertising, digital art, and stigmatise design
- Familiarity with color management techniques
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously

Pay: $60,490.00 - $85,799.00 per year
