**Overview**:
High Seas is seeking a friendly and organized Parking Lot Attendant to join our team. As a Parking Lot Attendant, you will be the first point of contact for customers in the retail space and between customers and management teams. They understand that because they are the first faces to greet customers, they must be enthusiastic, personable, and welcoming.

**Job Responsibilities include but not limited to**:
**1. Customer Service**:

- Provide a warm welcome to customers as they arrive at the dispensary, ensuring a positive and friendly atmosphere
- Answer customers inquiries and provide information about parking availability, nearby facilities, and other relevant details
- Help customers with special needs or mobility challenges to ensure their parking experience
- is comfortable and convenient
- Resolve any customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally

**2. Parking Management**:

- Monitor the dispensaries parking area to ensure proper use and adherence to parking
- guidelines
- Direct and assist customers in finding available parking spaces, maximizing parking capacity
- Enforce parking rules and regulations to maintain a safe and organized parking environment

**3. Safety and Security**:

- Monitor the parking area for any suspicious activity or potential security risks and utilize the onsite security guards accordingly
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, such as directing traffic and ensuring pedestrian safety in the parking area, as well as maintaining appropriate noise levels
- Assist in emergency situations, such as directing emergency vehicles or providing support to customers if needed

**4. Maintenance**:

- Conduct routine inspections of the parking area to identify and report any maintenance or repair needs, such as lighting issues or potential damage to the Gates or Signs
- Pick up trash whenever necessary to ensure a clean parking lot for the customers

**5. Team Collaboration**:

- Collaborate effectively with other members of the High Seas team to ensure a seamless customer experience
- Assist with additional tasks as needed, such as helping with customer flow inside the dispensary during peak times

**Qualifications/Skills**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a parking attendant or in a customer service role is preferred
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members
- Ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Basic knowledge of parking regulations and traffic control is desirable
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
