About the Position

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Valet Parking Attendant. As a Valet Parking Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests, ensuring the safe and efficient parking of vehicles, and maintaining a clean and organized parking lot.

Responsibilities
  • Parking and Retrieval: Safely park and retrieve vehicles following company policies and procedures.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of parked vehicles and ensure keys are securely stored.
  • Accountability: Adhere to company policies and safety guidelines at all times.
Communication
  • Greeting and Communication: Greet guests warmly and professionally, establishing a positive first impression.
  • Parking Procedures: Effectively communicate parking procedures and fees to guests.
  • Customer Service: Assist customers with any questions or concerns they may have, and handle any issues in a calm and professional manner.
  • Team Coordination: Coordinate with fellow team members to ensure efficient service delivery.
Family and Teamwork
  • Team Environment: Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment, treating colleagues as an extension of your work family.
  • Assistance: Assist team members during peak times or when needed, promoting a sense of unity and cooperation within the department.
Exceptional Service

  • Maintenance: Report any maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions promptly to minimize downtime.
About You

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following experience and attributes:
