- Record screening data in the Florida Intelligent Recruitment Project (FIRP) spreadsheet.
- Assist with general clerical support as needed. Provide relief coverage for reception desk as scheduled.

Education/Experience
- High School diploma or General Education Degree (GED) with 6 months to one-year experience required. Associates degree and one-year experience in the human services field preferred.Licensure/Certifications
- Ability to clear Level II Background Screen required by Florida Statute and DCF.
- Possess a valid Florida driver’s license and insurable by agency’s current insurance carrier.**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES**:
- Ability to meet Organizational Required Competency standards
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong time management, organizational and planning skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word and Outlook)
- Strong communication skills both verbally and in writing

**Work Environment/ Physical Demands
- This job regularly operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
- The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
- This is largely a sedentary role; however, some filing is required. This would require the ability to lift files, open filing cabinets and bend or stand as necessary. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee must frequently lift and/or move objects up to 5 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move objects up to 10 pounds.
