Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Handy Man to join our team and platform. As a Handy Man, you will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure the functionality and safety of our facilities. If you have a strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for fixing things, we would love to hear from you.
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct routine inspections of premises and equipment
- Identify and resolve maintenance issues in a timely manner
- Perform repairs on electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Install and maintain fixtures, appliances, and equipment
- Paint walls, ceilings, and other surfaces as needed
- Repair or replace damaged windows, doors, and locks
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
- Be able to look at a photo and one sentence description and give a quote to a customer
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Handy Man or similar role
- Solid knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods
- Proficient in using hand and power tools
- Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems
- Ability to read blueprints and technical manuals
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks
- High school diploma or equivalent
**Job Types**: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $20.68 - $24.90 per hour
Expected hours: 1 - 20 per week
