Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking a Handyman Punchout to become a part of our team You will perform punch list items like painting, caulking, patching holes, adjusting doors and cabinets. 

Responsibilities:

  • Repair major and minor issues
  • Complete maintenance and repair work orders, in a timely fashion
  • Adjust doors, cabinets, and fix baseboards 
  • Maintain a clean and a safe work space
  • Perform other duties, as assigned 

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in construction or other related fields
  • Familiarity with hand-held tools and equipment
  • Deadline and detail-oriented
  • Ability to handle physical workload
