**About the role**:

- Receive and review customer orders to ensure accuracy.
- Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of food items.
- Inspect and ensure that all dishes are properly cooked, presented, and garnished before being sent to customers.
- Work closely with waitstaff to ensure that orders are delivered to the correct tables.
- Monitor and manage food inventory to minimize waste and maintain adequate supplies.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and dining area.
- Follow all health and safety procedures and guidelines.
- Train new staff members as needed. Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.

**A few more things**:

- Must be able to work inside and maneuver throughout assigned station during entire shift.
- Must be able to lift items up to 50 pounds and bend, pull and carry stock to refrigerator and cabinets.
- Must be able to use hand motion when cleaning and wiping counters.
- Must possess the manual dexterity to complete required “side work”.
- Must be able to listen and respond to visual and aural cues.
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English. Must be able to tolerate areas containing secondhand smoke, high noise levels, bright lights, and dust.

Pay: $17.00 per hour, depending on experience
