**_Reports To:_** Chief Financial Officer (CFO) & Finance Manager

**SUMMARY**
- As a highly independent and detail-oriented professional, you will provide essential clerical and accounting support to the MAOF Fiscal Department. Your key responsibilities will include processing Accounts Payable invoices, maintaining accurate and up-to-date files, handling accounts payable tasks, and assisting accounting personnel. You will also be proficient in operating a range of office equipment and machines._

**PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Provide administrative and accounting support to the department
- Process and manage Accounts Payable invoices, including data entry and filing
- Prepare and maintain accurate accounting documents and records
- Perform daily data entry tasks in the database
- Support accounting personnel and other teams as needed
- Provide front desk coverage when required
- File and reconcile deposits
- Use calculators, adding machines, and databases to perform tasks
- Match invoices to work orders and process bills for payment
- Open mail and match payments to invoices
- Utilize computer systems to run databases, pay bills, and order supplies
- Stay up-to-date with changing standards, procedures, and laws
- Perform other duties as assigned by management

**REQUIRMENTS**
- 2+ years of accounting experience
- High School Diploma or GED; Associate's Degree or relevant certification preferred
- Familiarity with basic accounting procedures and software
- Proficient in MS Office, databases, and accounting software
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to follow written and oral directions, manage multiple tasks, and maintain regular attendance (Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-5:00 pm)
