Executive Personal Assistant

Job Summary:
**Duties**:
- Manage and maintain executive calendars, scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
- Arrange travel accommodations, including flights, hotels, and transportation
- Prepare and proofread documents, correspondence, and presentations
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a professional manner
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers as needed
- Conduct research on various topics as assigned
- Provide general administrative support to the team
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in an administrative or personal assistant role preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook Calendar
- Familiarity with proofreading documents for accuracy and clarity
- Knowledge of DocuSign or similar electronic signature software is a plus
- Experience in event planning and calendar management is highly desired
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize workload effectively
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with phone systems and office equipment operation
- Proven ability to maintain confidentiality
This is a full-time position offering competitive compensation. Pay: $21.99 - $26.48 per hour
