- Welcome customers and visitors.
- Assist with basic accounting activities, including invoicing and expense management.
- Cost controll, billing match vendor invoices to statements in preparation for payment.
- Onboardign of new employees and HR support
- Manage appointment schedules and organize meetings.
- Assist in preparing documents, presentations, and reports.
- Handle company documents effectively and efficiently.
- General office management and organization of travel for the whole team.
- Organization of events and field exhibitions.
- Maintain discretion in handling confidential information.

**Requirement**
- Previous experience in administrative or related roles preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office software (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
- Knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and comunication skills
- Collaborative, team-orientated approach with flexibility
