**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Be able to perform and be proficient in all treatments/therapies. We provide all training on therapies, you do not need any prior experience, just be coachable
- Chart procedures in EHR
- Maintain the highest level of privacy for patients and be HIPPA compliant
- Reviewing each day’s patient charts with the medical director
- Correlating & assisting the medical director with any help needed
- During downtime responsible for maintaining the highest level of cleanliness & treatment room setup
- Replenishing room supplies & keep track of inventory
- Creating a friendly, positive, and professional atmosphere for patients as well as building rapport with patients
- Following office protocols & checklists consistently
- Ensuring the best possible engagement and positive client interactions with patients (talkative, positive, engaged in conversation)
- Perform other duties as assigned by the owner or office manager

- **Follow our proven clinical processes and signature systems to ensure our clients reach their optimal goals within the expected timelines.
- Soak up everything you can from all your team colleagues, whether they be clinicians or admin support.

- Bring passion and fun to the workplace. This needs to complement a high level of professionalism with both colleagues and clients.

**Experience**:

- Healthcare, Fitness, Med Spa, or other health related field preferred
