- Assist the General Manager in daily operations of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures, managing staff schedules, and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any concerns or complaints
- Train and supervise front-of-house and back-of-house staff to ensure efficient and high-quality service
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders for supplies as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant, including dining areas, kitchen, and storage areas
- Handle cash transactions and reconcile daily sales reports
- Collaborate with the General Manager on marketing initiatives and special promotions to drive sales and customer loyalty

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a managerial role in the food service industry preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Must be reliable, punctual, and responsible
- Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Active Food Manager Certification
- Active TABC Seller Server Certification
