RM Interiors and Design specialize in national flooring solutions for: REIT, iBuys, Property Management, General Contractors, Commercial and Hospitality Properties.

The Collections Specialist helps in achieving RM Interior’s financial goals. This position will need to be able to work as part of a dynamic team and in an environment where work assignments change frequently. While performing all functions it is the goal to follow RM Interior’s core values by being forward-thinking, integrous, teachable and a team player.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for 200-300 accounts on a monthly basis
- Research account activity and resolves past due accounts through extensive contact with customers
- Closely work with our Billing team to resolve discrepancies and/or issues with customers portal accounts that may be preventing payment
- Closely work with our Accounts Receivable Department regarding payment discrepancies
- Ability to closely work with various Branch Market Leaders and Account Managers in conjunction with open AR issues
- Maintain records of all delinquent accounts customers interactions onto NetSuite for visibility and traceability
- Assist the Corporate Credit Manager with various reporting requirements and monthly reports, as needed
- Escalates problems or concerns to Corporate Credit Manager immediately or of any problem accounts that need to be elevated to Management
- Monitors and handles general credit in-box daily
- Be able to run credit card transactions via authorize.net portal and also submit PayPal to customers
- Other credit and collection duties as assigned

- Able to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
- Must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced, high transaction business environment
- Ability to work both independently and in a team setting with mínimal supervision
- Great attention to detail with exceptional time management and organization skills
- Proficient Excel skills, especially with pivot tables (intermediate Excel a plus)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products (Outlook and Word)

**Education and Experience**:

- High school diploma with college degree in Finance or Accounting a plus
- 3 - 5 years credit and collections experience, with Construction industry a plus
- NetSuite experience a plus

**Physical Requirements**:

- Prolonged sitting at desk and computer requiring the ability to operate keyboard and view computer terminal
- Repetitive motion

**Location & Hours**:

- Full-time; Standard work week Monday to Friday
- Hybrid schedule available; Office located in Mesa, Arizona

**Compensation and Benefits**:

- $18.40 - $25.00 per hour
- Standard 3% - 10% annual bonus program based on tenure

**FLSA Classification**:

- Non-exempt; Hourly

Pay: $18.40 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
