Human Resource Specialist
This position is a salaried position and reports to the Administrator
Overview:
This position is responsible for general human resource responsibilities such as assisting with employee file management, recruitment, onboarding, hiring, termination and credentialing of employees and other tasks as needed or assigned by the supervisor.
**Responsibilities**:
- Personnel file management in electronic database
- Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment process
- Administer compensation and benefit plans
- Conduct Employee onboarding
- Help organize training and development initiatives
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any
issues that may arise
- Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
- Undertake tasks around performance management
- Organize annual employee performance reviews
- Assist employees in the credentialing process for various funder programs
- Track hiring process of employees so supervisors can see where new hires are in the process
- Submit CCS Credentialing to contract as appropriate
- Notify supervisors when an employee is approved for CCS Program
- Prehire, onboarding, ongoing employee compliance and termination related to employee file management.
- Run background checks for new hires and communicate issue to supervisor
- Ensure that all clinicians maintain licensing
- Other tasks as assigned

1. Strong professional, organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
2. Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures.
4. Knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
5. Knowledge of DHS 105.17 and 107.112.
6. Knowledge of CCS program
7. Ability to communicate in a manner that ensures understanding of message by both communicator and
receiver.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: $25.50 - $31.70 per hour
