As the Director of Human Resources, youwill report to the Hotel\'s Managing Director and directly oversee HumanResource services provided to The Pfister Hotel, Mason Street Grill, andWisconsin Hospitality Linen Service, in total approximately 400associates. This role serves as a key member of our Executive Committee,ensuring your voice is heard at the highest level. What will you be doing?*Oversee all areas of Human Resources administration. This includes butis not limited to associate relations, recruiting and onboarding,training and development, benefit administration, leave of absence,workers compensation, policy compliance, union relations, culturebuilding, and community involvement. *Directly oversee the HumanResources staff, which consists of a Human Resources Coordinator, TalentAcquisition Manager, and Assistant Director of Human Resources. *Leadlabor relationships with three (3) unions that includes but is notlimited to contract negotiations, contract compliance, contracttraining, and grievances. *Provide guidance on associate relationsissues such as investigations, coaching/counseling, and policyenforcement. *Recommend, evaluate and participate in training anddevelopment programs, as well as remain current with industry trends inorder to make necessary enhancements. *Facilitate annual goal setting,performance reviews, salary increases, and bonus payouts for alleligible associates. *Develop annual budgets for salaried labor and HRoperating expenses. Ensure expenses are forecasted correctly on amonthly basis. *Act as a member of the Executive Committee. Understandhow to best support operational departments by working closely with yourpeers. *Serve as a strategic partner who helps develops high potentialleaders and advocates for their progression. *Champion associaterecognition and service excellence programs such as employee of themonth, celebrating positive guest surveys, encouragingcross-departmental appreciation, and continuing to elevate servicestandards. *Ensure communication of and compliance with all policies,standards and practices, as well as federal, state and local legislationpertaining to employment law. *Provide Human Resources generalistoversight related to compensation practices,...
