**Job Overview**:
**Duties**:

- Process payroll for employees accurately and timely
- Maintain employee records related to payroll
- Handle payroll inquiries and resolve any discrepancies
- Prepare and submit payroll reports to management
- Collaborate with payroll processing systems for efficient payroll processing
- Assist with benefits administration as needed
- Perform journal entries related to payroll transactions
- Utilize technical accounting skills for accurate financial reporting

**Experience**:

- Proficiency in Payroll processes and systems like ADP, Paychex Flex, HRIS, Workday
- Knowledge of benefits administration
- Experience with corporate, governmental, and non-profit accounting
- Ability to handle accounts receivable tasks efficiently

Pay: $21.57 - $22.47 per hour
