Duties: Exterior Porter / Exterior Cleaning
- Perform industrial cleaning tasks to maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the facility
- Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to remove dirt, debris, and dust
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and fixtures
- Dust surfaces, including furniture, windowsills, and equipment
- Clean windows and glass surfaces
- Assist with buffing and polishing floors as needed
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when restocking is necessary

**Experience**:

- Previous experience as a porter or in facilities maintenance is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and equipment is a plus
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently with mínimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
