**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver exceptional customer service across multiple companies, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Utilize QuickBooks and CMS tools to manage customer accounts, process transactions, and maintain accurate records.
- Analyze customer data using advanced Excel skills to generate reports and provide actionable insights.
- Develop, document, and implement policies and procedures to streamline operations and enhance service delivery.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a cohesive approach to customer support and shared services.
- Take initiative and be a self-starter, identifying opportunities for process improvements and driving them to completion.

**Qualifications**:

- 3-5 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a shared services environment.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and CMS tools.
- Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proven ability to develop and implement policies and procedures.
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work and a keen eye for detail.
