Client Care Coordinator

Job Summary:
We are seeking a Client Coordinator to join our team in providing exceptional customer service and administrative support in a non-medical office setting.
**Duties**:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for healthcare professionals
- Coordinate patient referrals and manage medical records with accuracy
- Assist in insurance verification and billing processes
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive patient information
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure efficient patient flow
- Assist with various additional office management duties including recruiting assistance e.g. interviews and resume review
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in medical administrative support or related field preferred
- Proficiency in medical terminology and familiarity with office operations
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Pay: $20.15 - $24.26 per hour
