Superior Walls by Warrior Precast is owned by builders. Our Founder, Stacey Harvey had been building homes for 15 years before discovering Superior Walls. After realizing how Superior Walls decreased labor costs & kept his projects on track, he brought other builders and homeowners together to create Superior Walls by Warrior Precast. While we started in Rock Island, TN, we currently serve Middle and East Tennessee, Southern Kentucky and Northern counties in Alabama and Georgia.

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Sell Warrior Precast products and services to potential customers.
- Identify and develop prospective customers and sales leads.
- Follow up and close on sales leads to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Promote Warrior Precast products and services by attending industry trade shows and events.
- Professionally represent the company in all customer interactions.
- Inspect and approve building sites for SWA and local building code compliance before scheduling wall shipments.
- Educate customers on SWA builder's manual and ensure they understand and follow it.
- Maintain minimum daily prospecting goals set by the sales manager.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills, both oral and written.
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
- Ability to learn and understand SWA building site requirements.
- Previous sales experience in building products is preferred.
- Ability to build and nurture long-term customer relationships.
- Ability to educate inspectors and officials for product acceptance.
- Proficiency in reading and producing blueprints with CAD software.
- Ability to maintain composure in crisis situations.
- Quick learner with the ability to obtain product knowledge through SWA product training.
- Ability to handle privileged communications and confidential information.
- Willingness to work and travel as required to achieve company goals.
- Basic computer skills necessary to accomplish duties.
- Possession of a reliable, clean, registered personal vehicle.
- Maintain clean, neat attire and good personal hygiene.

**Experience Requirement**:Possess and retain a valid driver's license for non-CDL transport.
